I was wondering what caused that ladder to slip on the guy
who said he fell from the ladder which slipped on him (he was hurt badly) the
ladder was LADR-LEG-LEVEL. For some time it has puzzled me. Well I have a LADR-LEG-LEVEL
on my 6’ and it started slipping and so I thought it must have oil or soap
on it. Well I cleaned it off and it was the same it still slipped. I took a
closer look and I noticed some waves on the metal cylinder that you push down to
meet the ground (leg). I was wondering if these waves on the cylinder caused it
to slip. I then filed them flat and it stopped it from slipping. So I think that
is the reason why he must have fallen. It must have these waves on it. Is it
possible to inspect the ladder to see if it has them on it? Window King Robert Egan |
