I have had good results with Bio Clean. One other comment, if removal of screen burn wasn't included in your original quote and you don't plan on getting a extra charge for removing it than I would not go through the trouble of reconditioning the customer's glass for free. In my opinion screen burn removal is not considered part of the normal process of window cleaning, I consider it damage that I am not responsible for, just as if the glass was cracked or scratched before you got there. You wouldn't fix one of those conditions for free would you?
