[World] Scaffold stuck in wind storm - Australia

Here's a news item about a storm in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia that left a couple of window cleaners stuck for 3 hours on a scaffold outside the 27th floor. The story says rescuers waited for the wind to pass before cutting open a window to let them in.
