The problem with flooding the frames in cold weather, especially
anodized aluminum frames is freezing. Methanol is too expensive to me to do
this.
Aluminum is a great temperature conductor, as in aluminum cans for
cold and aluminum heat sinks for your PC CPU.
Aluminum frames freeze - fast. Flooding them may not be an option.
