From my experience the best way to handle a back log like this is to call
every customer and tell them that you will be out when weather conditions are
such that it can be done safely and in a productive manner. The worst thing that
you can do is to let the customer sit and wonder what's going on, is
he coming or not. Most people will understand and appreciate the call. You
may get some done with the methods suggested here but not 150 of them.
